All freezer bait ordered through this website has a lead time of 3-5
working days. The reason behind this being, that where possible, freezer bait is made to
order. This ensures it can despatched fresh for you to put in your freezer upon
receipt. To ensure your bait is received in perfect condition, bait that has been freshly made is air dried for 24hrs prior to dispatch.
Prepared particles are subject to a 5 working day lead time and will be send out fresh.
During peak times ie Spring and Summer the lead time increases to 10 working days. We would appreciate your patience during these times as we are doing all we can to fulfill the orders as quickly as possible.
Freezer bait will be despatched via overnight courier.
When ordering freezer bait a delivery address where someone is able to take the delivery is a must. We cannot take responsibility for an order of freezer bait that is not able to be delivered by the courier. We
will inform you of the expected delivery date upon receipt of your
order. It is then your responsibility to ensure the delivery can be
made successfully on the specified day. Please make sure any specific
delivery instructions are passed on to us at least 24hrs before the
estimated delivery date.
Where
delivery has been attempted, your delivery charge will not be refunded.

We will make every effort to deliver non perishable goods within 2-3 working days of receiving payment, but delays are sometimes
inevitable or beyond our control and time for delivery will not be of
the essence of the contract. We will seek to keep you informed of any
delay to your expected delivery date.

non perishables are required next day please use the relevant delivery
option at the checkout. Please see the charges below.

Collection
If you live locally or just fancy a drive out then you are welcome to collect your order from our premises. Although open to the public this must be pre-arranged over the phone so we can make sure your order is ready for your arrival. Any goods ordered through this site must be paid for in advance. If collecting, click the 'Collection' option in the delivery section upon checkout. We also stock a modest range of end tackle from leading brands such as Korda, Gardner, Kryston, Solar, Enterprise Tackle and Nash for those times when you may have run short of something at short notice.
More importantly we also make mighty fine brews so feel free to pop in for a chat anytime. Biscuit bringers are even more welcome!
